I also asked the question: "Why would a lawful good dragon and essentially, lawful good dwarven citizens make a sacrifice that could cause them toward a path of evil?"  While the overall adventure does not delve too deep into these themes, there is one encounter that does dabble into horror.  However, when I wrote the adventure, my goal was to present a realistic dwarven culture without mimicking Tolkien (at least, not too badly).</blockquote>
