This makes the original rules more accessible to new players, but doesn't appear to leave much room to pay for head offices, traditional distribution channels and executives. Corruption may be the first of the 'value-added' clones (I know of) to put (legal) costs for groups so low, but it's maybe unlikely to be the last.</blockquote>
