[QUOTE="Festy_Dog, post: 1301163, member: 2561"] Well here it is, I hope I've covered everything, though if any aspects are missing feel free to give me a heads up and I'll edit something in for it: Location: Seul Empire, Valley of the Mages, some of the surface and the entirety of the area underneath the Hellfurnaces. Leader: Silver Phase, a robotic kobold duelist, formerly vampiric until a change of physical form. Political Situation: For the most part the New Suel Empire can be considered a LN dictatorship, with good tendencies stemming from the dictator's generosity, but counteracted by his wrathfulness towards anything he considers as harmful or threatening to the imperium. Though led by a single dictator, it was organised to have the people vote for 'Advisors' to represent their region, thus creating the 'Advisory Cabinet'. The cabinet assists the dictator by relaying the opinions of the people, by assessing proposed courses of action (the cabinet will check for flaws, pros, cons, and give the dictator their results), and representing their region by providing feedback on what effect decisions have had there and the probable affect of decisions yet to be made. Techonogical/Magical Situation: Technology is in full swing, as is magic. Technomancy is undoubtedly very popular. Effects on the environment are heavily regulated and countered where specified (almost everywhere) by powerful magics. Weapons with too devastating an effect (nukes, certain biological weapons, etc.) have been outlawed and simply don't operate. With everything up to 12th level magic possessed by the country, higher magic is quite controlled in its circulation, basically restricted to government institutions and universities. Mythal: Like any other place the Suel Imperium is protected by an extensive mythal, severely hampering any efforts to invade. Seeing as the Imperium doesn't have any intentions of expansion a lot of careful planning went into it's creation, thus inhibiting their own offensive capabilties but allowing further advancements in defense which aren't normally feasable. (I'm not the type of person though who could sit down and figure out the effects of a super-powered Mythal, especially at 4am in the morning, so I'll leave it up to people's imaginations.) Geography: The United Seul Imperium is mostly covered by thick pine forests, snow is a frequent occurance and it is also fairly mountainous. There aren't many large cities, rather there is only a few, and many small towns scattered throughout the realm.
