a couple of questions

First Post
1) what if a specialist wizard multiclass in an other spellcasting class? is he able to cast the spell from his prohibited schools from the new class? more importantly, is there a references in some book?

2) wild shape functions like polymorph. polymorph has a cup at the maximum hd of the assumed form at level 15. so a level 18 druid can't take a form with more than 15 hd? an epic druid?? is wild shape (almost) useless if the druid reach level 16?

School Specialization

Spells of the prohibited school or schools are not available to the wizard, and she can’t even cast such spells from scrolls or fire them from wands. She may not change either her specialization or her prohibited schools later.

Wild Shape (Su)

At 5th level, a druid gains the ability to turn herself into any Small or Medium animal and back again once per day. Her options for new forms include all creatures with the animal type. This ability functions like the alternate form special ability, except as noted here. The effect lasts for 1 hour per druid level, or until she changes back. Changing form (to animal or back) is a standard action and doesn’t provoke an attack of opportunity. Each time you use wild shape, you regain lost hit points as if you had rested for a night.
...
The new form’s Hit Dice can’t exceed the character’s druid level.

one more question:

3) a swiftblade tries to cast haste as a free action (sudden casting) but the spell is countered. then he tries to cast it as a standard action and he succeeds. if he has not used his move action, how many actions has for his remaining turn (because of the perpetual options)?

Looking at the description of perpetual options it looks like he would still have 1 full round of actions. Full attack or two moves or move and standard.
