A couple of unanswered questions about Season 4

(I forget but it's the storage group in Vallacki? Spelling?)</p><p></p><p>Are we to play with this restriction in the AL as well? I see no mention of it in the AL DMG or PG for this season.</p><p></p><p>What about spell components?
