You shouts don't go unnoticed, but no one in the crowd steps forward as the culprit in charge. A few people in the crowd respond with "PEACE? Peace was supposed to occur two years ago! But still we hear no word of the fate of many prisoners of war!" Plenty of the people in the crowd turn their heads at your shouts and one of the men in the mob walks towards you with a somber look on his face. A large number of the crowd follows behind him as he approaches all of you. His clothes are of fine quality and with him he carries a sense of influence. "We do not mean to cause harm to the local businesses and people, my halfling friend. But when you get a large group of devoted and emotional people together, you cannot control them all. My apologies for disturbing your group's evening, but this must be done. We have been told we are at peace, but many of us are still fighting a battle that should have ended with the signing of the Treaty of Thronehold." The gentleman stands on the same empty cart you are standing on and turns to address the crowd. "We've been at peace for two years now, everyone says! But for us, there is no peace. The crowd responds with shouts of “No PEACE!” ”Our government, from the crown on down, needs to take responsibility for negotiating an exchange of soldier remains and any living prisoners." The crowd responds with loud cheers. The gentleman continues, "Furthermore, the national armies must open their records so we can find out what happened to the thousands of missing and captured troops. The Treaty of Thronehold was signed exactly 436 days ago. 436 DAYS! For 436 days plenty of us have waited to hear what happened to our loved ones, or friends, and our neighbors." The crowd responds with shouts of "436 DAYS!" As the crowd continues there chants, the gentleman turns to both Runila and the rest of the group and addresses them. "Look at all these people. Can't you see the pain in their eyes?
