A few Archfiends and Giants of Legend tidbits

G'day people!

Mike Donais recently made this post on the Wizard boards, whilst talking about large and huge miniatures:

I had all these same worries about set 4 and huge miniatures and although no solution is perfect I am pretty happy with the various different solutions that we came up with.

I don't really want to start on set 4 details until after set 3 has been out for a while though.

I will mention a bit about set 3 though to move discussions more toward it.

Set 1 & 2 had around the same percentage of large minis.
Set 3 has a higher percentage of large minis.

Set 3 continues to increase our quality of both sculpts and paint jobs.

I keep the 4 aspects on top of my monitor, they all turned out really awesome.

The other bit of information we've recently acquired is this: Set 5 (the one after Giants of Legend) is likely to have new Entry Packs.

Any idea when Set 5 is coming? It seems like right after GoL, we're getting the SW mini's game. Are they going to have those releasing the same time as Set 5?

I'm going to take a guess and say October or November. They're meant to be coming out every four months or so, but the first year is slightly faster.

My thanks as well for your updates here.

I would totally agree with the October/November release for Set 5. Just in time for the Christmas rush, and it would stabilize the line with a February/March, June/July, October/November release schedule in 2005 (for 3 sets a year).
