Message: <blockquote data-quote="Minirogue" data-source="post: 4845638" data-attributes="member: 83947">PHB page 59 for the Effects (finding stuff in the book can be a hassle sometimes, but if you're looking for something power related that you can't find in the combat section, it's usually a good idea to look at the reading a power section)as for the leap, it would seem you are correct according to the rules as I understand them...looking at the PHB on page 182-183, if you are doing a long jump, your vertically cleared squares are equal to one quarter of the distance horizontally...so counting in squares, if you jump 7 squares horizontally, you would jump 7/4=1 (rounded down) squares, which would clear a dwarf, halfling, or gnome...but using feet, 35/4=8 (rounded down) which would clear most all medium sized creatures (I would hope that your DM uses feet for jumping over someone, as their height can be a bit specific)</blockquote>
