If the camouflage doesn’t break when you move or act, and you can use it anywhere, the feature might as well just be +10 to stealth and you can hide on any flat surface at least as wide and tall as you. I added the limitation so that you have to craft camouflage appropriate to the environment you’re in, rather than crafting it once and then having it forever.
