This is not an isolated incident, I'm afraid.For those who seem concerned I'm buying rifles and scouting clock towers, don't worry.  I used to manage a store in a large video rental chain, and I know how to deal with customer service from both sides of the issue.  I'm not blaming any single person at Paizo or their business associates, but there is a problem.  I've spoken to my post office (I know several of the workers there personally) and the months when my magazine doesn't appear, it never appears there, either.  Somewhere in the chain, it disappears.  I was once told by Paizo that the problem lies with their printing company.  Evidently, there is a problem somewhere.  My problem is that I spend good money and expect service or goods in return.  Once or twice a year I could deal with, but I have to complain about missed issues up to 6 times a year.  Clearly, something is wrong somewhere, and I've been assured multiple times by my local post office it's not on this end.  Nevertheless, I changed my receiving address to my home address, and promptly received #333 on time.  Then, with #334, it begins again. jeez... we can put a man on the moon....</blockquote>
