A little help please?

I've got some problems with planning what to do next with my campaign...

I've started Monte's Banewarrens, so when we finish it, my players will have more or less 10th level characters. What can I do next?

I have some boxes and campaigns form prvious edition that I'd like to convert and use... Here's the list of them:

1. Die Vecna, Die
2. The Return to The Tomb of Horrors
3. Rod of Seven Parts
4. Dragon Mountain
5. Night Below (first book complited)
6. Axe of the Dwarvish Lords
7. Temple Tower & Tomb
8. Ruins of Zhentil Keep
9. Hellgate Keep
10. The Ruins of Myth Drannor
11. Four from Cormyr

I also have some for 3rd ed. That includes:

1. Demons & Devils
2. All WotC adventures (from Standing Stones to Bastion of Broken Souls)
3. City of the Spider Queen
4. Rappan Athuk 1&2
5. Demon's God Fane

Could you help me and give some ideas what and when I can use? I plan to run Epic Levels so that won't be a problem...

Thx for your help...

Warning-- my post contains spoilers for people who aren't me and Eristophenes. If you haven't played the majority of the adventures above, and don't want to be spoiled, go away. :D

Definately go with the rest of Night Below. I loved that boxed set. Only problem was their Underdark in it was too small and limited. I suggest adding to it, possibly by injecting some of your other dungeon/cavern adventures as off-shoots of it.

For your 3rd ed stuff, the adventure path is all really good, except for Heart of Nightfang Spire, which I thought was a tad weak. Don't run Bastion of Broken Souls unless you plan on doing its campaign ramifications starting now (soulless children et al)

Rappan Athuk is interesting for a few shots in to get some magic items/kill some baddies, but its a strange crawl to do the whole thing. When they say "1st edition feel" if by me scratching my head in confusion, they succeeded.

The Rod of Seven Parts adventure, I felt was extremely poor... It just wasn't cohesive OR challenging enough for my players when I ran it in 2e. If you put it in and around other adventures, as something in the background, it might work out.

As for other adventures, Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil is excellent. *shrugs* I can never praise that one enough, but you'd need to ramp the levels up... think about putting some seeds of that now, and ramp all the power levels up to Epic and run it as an "end of the world" problem when your PC's get over 20th. The best part is you can link the Aboleths in the Sunless Sea portion of Night Below to the Water Temple in RttToEE.

As for City of the Spider Queen, maybe you could overlay it in your Night Below game? I don't know. I haven't looked at City of the Spider Queen.

Well, thats my two cents on it. I can't tell you what order to run your stuff in, since I am unsure what levels to go with, but I would focus like so:

Firstly: Do parts of Night Below, interspersed with the adventure path books. If you want, put some of the Rod adventures here and there.
As your party goes up in level, populate the Night Below stuff with things from your other adventures and City of the Spider Queen.
As your party gets to higher levels, put evidence of the stuff from Return to the Temple in places. Evidence of elemental cults gaining prominence, etc. Make babies being born soul-less and an overall feeling of dread in the world.
Run Bastion of Broken Souls. Have the demon dragon at the end be basically all that stands keeping the ramped up Epic Temple of Elemental Evil from getting truly ready to overrun your campaign world. Maybe he controls an artifact of Tharizdun that keeps the doomdreamers from full power and control of the Temples.
Once Ashardalon has been defeated, the Temple goes into full force, attacking the surrounding area and plunging your game world into chaos. Here, the PC's- who should be 20ish level, can crawl through one last megadungeon and take down a world-spanning evil.

Its just too bad you don't have Against the Giants from 2e too. Thats a good one to show the influence of the Drow from City of the Spider Queen and/or the Temple using mercenary warriors to attack Geoff/your campaign country.

Happy gaming, and hope that sparks some ideas.

Thx once more...

Hey, you're welcome. I just wish I could run all these adventures again like that. *shrugs* oh well. Too bad I've got the same group of players I've always had :)
