The first group guard an Artefact that they have to make regular blood sacrifices to. This is pretty much all they've been doing for the last 100 or so years.The second group was much larger. They were up to all sorts of Yuan-Ti stuff and used to send prisoners to the first group to be sacrificed. Unfortunately they've just been wiped out to the last snake.The first group now don't have a regular supply of victims for their rites. They need to get some. Their experience of humans amounts to speaking to some of the drugged and/or insane victims they've been sent, book learning and killing anyone who has stumbled across their operation.Now they're going to be grabbing people from a barony that the PCs run. It consists of a small town and about 20 villages.What would you do with this setup to make for some fun adventuring? All ideas welcome!</blockquote>
