We're not meeting for the rest of December because of scheduling conflicts. Right now, I'm tinkering with the Random Encounter table for Ravenloft Castle. I've moved for the more hostile encounters towards the center, making them more likely to occur, and increased their numbers. I've also removed the Ezmerelda encounter because she's not a very important NPC in this campaign. She's been replaced with a Ghoul encounter. The Barovian Commoners Encounter has also been changed. Here's what i have:

Random Encounters in Castle Ravenloft

d12 + d8 Encounter

Rahadin (see appendix D)

Unseen servant

1 black cat

Blinsky toy

2d3 + 1 Vistani thugs

2d6 Ghouls and a Wight

3d6 crawling claws

1d6 shadows

2d6 Strahd Zombies

2d3+1 vampire spawn

2d6 swarms of bats

2d3+2 Wights

2d6 flying swords

1 crawling Strahd zombie (see appendix D)

Trinket

1d4 commoners

1 Barovian witch (see appendix D)

Giant spider cocoon

Strahd von Zarovich (see appendix D)

Barovian Commoners Scattered throughout Ravenloft are Barovians who eke out an existence within the Castle’s confines.
