A More Extensive Index?

I was wondering if anyone has cobbled together a more "extensive" index of the rules. I looked around a bit and did not see one. A link would be appreciated.

me, too it would me nice with an sheet with all the tables together so you don't need to flip trough the book like a madman.

for me the biggest complain i have is that it is so hard to find the rules.
or referenses to them.
