A new chapter of A Magical Medieval Society: Western Europe finished

Just wanted to announce to everyone that I've just put the final words into a new chapter of A Magical Medieval Society: Western Europe. 13,000k words concerning the role of warfare in a magical medieval society are currently being edited by Suzi-she of the red ink!

So look forward to a new release coming down the pipes shortly. If things go well, it could be up for sale before February rolls around. :)

Just remember the old writer's adage: Figure out how many words you're going to need to explain things, double that, and hope the editor allows you half. :D

It must be the time for revisiting old ideas (I've been deep in 101 More Feats all week). Good luck with the new chapter!

I've been working on this one on and off for roughly two years now. It's a hard subject as it could easily grow into a separate work of its own (it tried to do just that at least twice:)) and wrangling it into less than 15k words while still explaining it fully has been quite an effort. I think it's very good overview and should fit in nicely with the rest of the material in A Magical Medieval Society: Western Europe in both tone and content.

See you're using too many words :)
