Thren quickly steps forward and takes the now vacant spot.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Ramas, more concerned with the safety of the Sea Breeze as a whole, fires off a hastily cast Firebolt that misses its mark and moves to join the Captain and his first mate in devising a plan to dislodge the Sea Breeze.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Luthor whispers life into the driftwood club he wields and slams it into the side of the pirate he faces. The pirate groans in pain and even coughs up some blood, but manages to stay on his feet.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">That is until Tarruka uses the opening created by Luthor’s blow to the pirate’s ribs to put a swift end to the pirate. His elven blade finds its mark and sending the pirate careening over the railing and into the watery depths of the ocean.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">The mere sight of Steely Dahn gives the pirates, and some Sailors, pause. The poor pirate face to face with Dahn hesitates a second too long and Dahn takes full advantage of the misstep. Dahn brings his flamberge down swiftly, too swiftly, and the pirate is cut in twain.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Arjhan takes a moment and fortifies the frontlines resolve as he grants them the blessings of Sylvanus. A gentle breeze caresses Dahn, Luthor, and Tarruka’s face as their nerves are steeled and their resolve strengthened. </span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">The pirate Captain bellows in disgust as some of his men are downed and rallies his men. They press forward in an attempt to regain their lost momentum. Adept at fighting shoulder to shoulder they attack from multiple angles simultaneously in an attempt to catch their opponent off guard. The pirates find their marks drawing blood from Thren and Luthor, but unable to get a solid hit on Dahn. A couple Sailors take hits as well but are quickly swapped out for fresh fighters as the Sailors fight back against the Pirates. A Sailor attempts to imitate Dahn’s amazing feat and, to much surprise, manages to remove the Pirates head and send it flying over the railing. The Sailors quickly move forward to plug the Pirates advance. </span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></span>Meanwhile the two ships moan and groan under the weight of each other. The main mast of the Pirate ship explodes at its base and begins a slow descent that barely misses the Sea Breeze and causes a huge splash that rocks the two ships violently.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">[ooc] <a href="https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5pfWW8OeClwTGdJckZEQmRMMDg" target="_blank">The Sea Breeze</a><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">6 damage to Thren</span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">8 to Luthor. </span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">All PCs minus the storm chaser make a dc 10 dex save or be knocked prone by the wake.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">PCs turn</span></span>[/ooc]</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
