I brought them more in line with Kobolds, Hobgoblins, and the like.</span></p><p>Skills: Hide +5, Listen +0, Spot+2, and Swim +12<span style="color: Yellow"> I included the racial bonus for the aquatic subtype for Swim, and dropped the Listen ranks because I felt it clashed with the concept.</span></p><p>Feats: Toughness<span style="color: Yellow"> I envision humanoid crab-people as being sturdy beasts.</span></p><p>Environment: Temperate aquatic (or coastal areas)</p><p>Organisation: Solitary or pair</p><p>Challenge rating: 2</p><p>Allignment: Chaotic Evil</p><p></p><p><s>Hold Breath</s></p><p><s>A chomostacean can stay underwater for a number of rounds equal to 6 times its constitution before it risks drowning.</s> <span style="color: Yellow">The aquatic subtype enables the creature to breathe underwater.</span></p><p>Amphibious <span style="color: Yellow">This is required to let the creature breathe air.</span></p><p>Dark Vision 60' <span style="color: Yellow">An aberrant trait.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
