There are times when not killing is the answer, and this is a vast majority of the time. However, to uniformally exclude the option of killing is a mistake. I am not arguing to exercise that option often, only to allow for it. There are circumstances, not hard to imagine, where inaction because you might kill would be wrong.</blockquote>
