r those stastics for a single creature in the swarm? thats kinda what im lookin for to make a lycan outta a tiny/dimunitive creature

I don't think a real be would even do 1 point of damage. The average commoner is not going to be killed by three bee stings (unless of course he's alergic).

Also you mention Tiny/Diminuative, but a single be would probably Fine.

I think what you want might be a "tiny monsterious bee," for which I'd use the tiny monsterious spider but make the bite a sting, and give it a fly speed (40 ft?)

You're trying to make a were-bee?

Eric The Half A Bee - Monty Python
Orchestra
Leader:A-one, two, a-one two three four
Leader: Half a bee, philisophically,
Must ipso facto half not be.
But half a bee has got to be
Vis a vis it's entity.
-d'you see?
But can a bee be said to be
Or not to be an entire bee,
When
half the bee is not a bee,
Due to some ancient injury.
-Singing!...
All sing: La di di, one two three,
Eric the Half a Bee.
A B C D E F G,
Eric the Half a Bee.
Leader: Is this wretched demi-bee,
Half asleep upon my knee,
Some freak from a mena
gerie?
All yell: No! It's Eric the Half a Bee.
All sing: Fiddle di dum, fiddle di dee,
Eric the Half a Bee.
Ho ho ho, tee hee hee,
Eric the Half a Bee.
Leader: I love this hive employ-ee-ee,
Bisected accidentally,
One summer's afternoon by me,
I love him carnally.
All sing: He loves him carnally...
Leader: Semi-carnally.
(speaks)
The End.
Voice: Cyril Connolly?
Leader: No, semi-carnally.
Voice: Oh.
All sing: (Quietly)
Cyril Connolly
(Ends with an elaborate whistle)

yes, thats exactly what im tryin to do, ok so the people im playin with got shrunk, so technically there is no stat changes, so couldn't i use a Giant Wasp/Hornet from the MM? but when they grow back, how would i figure the stats for the tiny were-bee comepared to the players??

...

Were-bee? Werewasp? Werewasp has a better ring to it. Were Yellow Jacket? Where Yellow Jacket?! (ducks).

Right. *cough* Werebee. You're a template, per the Lycanthropy rules. You'll want two forms, both a converted form (a giant wasp, most likely) and a hybrid form (a really creepy looking werecreature thingy). Bees don't bite that I'm aware of, so infection would come from the stinger. You'll have to find a way to make the stinger viable in combat. Hybrid form will probably have Fly ... 30? 40? Average. They're good at straight lines and are kind of weavy, but don't the whole sharp turn thing real well.

If Giant Wasps have a venom, use that. For small form, Storyteller's pretty dead on. Werewasp? How the eff did these people get infected? Anyway. Werewasp. Lycanthrope template. There's a... Spider Eater I believe? That's large enough to ride and is also a flying vermin type. You may want to borrow some of its stats to get an idea of size/stat ratios.
