Some people treat agency as objectively quantifiable thing. It is not. It is the player's ability to make meaningful choices in the game; and what feels meaningful to each individual is subjective, thus agency is subjective. I said like page one of this thread (or thereabouts) that if the players feel that they have enough agency, they have enough agency, and a lot of people protested. But I stand by that.
