If see value in what they are saying, when I understand it, sure, I might learn something. But sometimes all the vocabulary does is make communication harder, or even create the impression that someone is talking more sense than they are. There are definitely places and disciplines where specialized vocabulary is required and/or useful. But there are also times when it is counter productive in my view. In a hobby like this one, I find that kind of jargon not terribly helpful. I also think walking around with that kind of model and that kind of jargon can distort your perception of the world rather than clarify it if the model is flawed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
