I bet there is some type of market out there for used cyber parts. Or present him with a challenge that requires more than good shooting or being able to with stand damage. Mind you don’t do this all the time just every once in a while to let him know he’s not as powerful as he might think. As for the AP round if the enemy has it as well as the players then there should not be too much of a problem. Seeing as to how it effect only armor than those that don’t wear it are no effected.
