A Recommendation with little time remaining...

Man-thing

First Post
It is October 30th today, which means that there is little more than one single day to sign up for a year subscription to the DM's pipeline, from Ronin Arts. This service can be found at Rpgnow under the Ronin Arts section.

I cannot recommend this service enough to players of d20 fantasy. If you are a purchaser of d20 fantasy pdfs I think it must be clear to you now that the number of releasesin this genre seems to be steadily decreasing.

The service by Ronin Arts provides you with 5 (somethings a week) with collections being sent out month. In this week I recieved, two specialty priest (similar in design to the old brown bok), 2 new feats and two new spell [I know that's 6 items, but Philip has exceed the 5 item rule in the past when he released feats] Other weeks have included new equipment, contacts, special events, monsters, prestige classes and variant rules. Quite often some of these items link up with other ogc sources, such as items make from the bodies of creatures from the T of H and the like, which allows me to use these items in the context of my other supplements.

My favourite has been the introduction of rumours, which provide two rumours for each possible topic one for if they are sucessful gathering information and one that is flawed becasue they failed and talked to the wrong person.

If you are at all interest, pick up one of the inexpensive month packs to check. As of November 1, they year long subscription will no longer be available.

I find that it has been a great service for me always allowing me to spring new things on my players. It is also far underpriced for the quanitity and quality of information and the ease of service.

I think anyone who is interested in the planes should check out the DM's dictionary of demiplanes at rpgnow by Ronin Arts. There is currently a review that claims some of the planes are fleashed out enough but each of the demiplanes is detailed in roughly 9 pages that exceeds the information in the SRD on a whole plane by roughly 8 pages. I don't feel the comment is overly fair, but everyone is free to have their opinions. If you are looking for some new demiplanes check out this product at the Ronin Arts page of Rpgnow.
There is a demo that includes one entire plane. If you have already bought it, head over to Rpgnow and leave feedback, its incredibly helpful to the publishers.

(Bias) I have to admit that I playtested the document because I volunteered to but have no other affiliation with the company.
