A simple statistical probabilities question

I suppose if it were that simple, I'd be able to answer it myself. So, calling any math whiz out there, am I more likely to roll a 00 on d% or 2 20's on 2 successive rolls of a d20? What is the probability of each occurrence? Figure this is an almost in yer head problem for someone who works with this stuff. I think I've got half of it. Probability of rolling 00 is obviously 1%, right? Just can't wrap my mind around the numbers in the other situation. What say you math geeks? ;) Thanks ahead o' time for your help.

1/20 x 1/20 = 1/400

A 1 in 400 chance.

I'll reply to this before it floats off of page one. Fifty ENWorlders have looked at and I guess that's enough to test the veracity of your answer S'mon. Thanks for the help. Actually, I thought that was the likely answer but it's been 25 years since my stats class and I haven't used it a lick! Thanks again. :)
