My PCs will be coming up against warped dream creatures (campaign info found Here.

Are there any templates for creating creatures spawned from dreams? Or do I need to make my own?

Denizens of Darkness has some dream creatures, (not templates IIRC) and Mythic Races in the faerie section has a sort of dream realm type template.

So nothing that is for hard set rules? Like partially incorporal, or gets certain abilities?

I don't plan on using the Pseudonatural template. I want tangible things; For instance, the PCs will be running into the dream representations of the sleeping knights (Albeit twisted).

Maybe the planar Dragon magazine? I remember they had a lot...

What the MotP has to say about the Realm of Dreams critters: They're just like normal critters. :)

I'd maybe make them like an illusion...Will save to disbelieve, and if you disbelieve they can't physically hit you (they're ethereal, totally).

Well, the only problem with THAT is, one good will save, and BOOM, no challange.

No way. These nightmares have been brought to life via an evil magical force, and they're causing serious problems for the surrounding area. If it can be easily disbelieved, then that doesn't make for a challange. :)

Atlas Games has a book Occult Lore out that has a great section on oneeromancy, or dream magic, and has great (perhaps the best I have seen) rules and adventure suggestions for adventuring inside dreams, giving characters a certain amount of dream points to manipulate the dream. There are a few templates for dream creatures- manifestations of the id, ego, and superego (as per the Freudian concepts of the mind) and even a dream lich.

Also of interest is the 2E Ravenloft boxed set the Nightmare Lands detailing a strange domain ruled by the Nightmare Man and his Nightmare Court, which live off of inspiring fear into the inhabitants of Ravenloft and the Prime Material Plane. Great for archvillains for a campaign in the dream world.

I also think that the Manual of the Planes and the corresponding Dragon that went with it has information on the Dream Plane and alternate dream planes too.

That sounds Cool. :)

These, though, WILL be dreams that have manifested in the real world (Unlike adventuring in dreams).

Then again, seeing something like Freddy Krugar statted up would be neatl, too. :)

If you want dreams interacting with the real world, you might want to check out Palladium's Nightbane supplement, Between the Shadows. It's not D&D, but it can be adapted and features the dream plane as more active than just peoples dreams but rather as a whole land onto itself. Some of the monsters in that book can take form on the normal world, lilke dream ghouls for instance if they feed on enough fear and PPE (magical energy present in all beings in the Palladium game system).
