Besides the FRCS book, is there any other sources for info on this race?

For FR specific information regarding aasimar you'd do good to look into the Races of Faerun sorce book from Wizards.

There's the Planescape 3e project, which is (technically) officially recognized by Wizards of the Coast, and is slowly putting out the official-ized PS3e material; there's a heap of unofficial stuff at ps3e.com, which is no longer updated.

Go to planewalker.com, click "PS3e" then "Releases" then "Chapter 2" and download the races chapter.

A lot of the Planescape books in 2e have information on them. Check out the campaign setting, the first Planescape Monster Manual, or Warriors of heaven. There might be more but that’s all I can think of.

Yeah...just lemme know if you ever come across a Lifespan for Aasimar. I'm arguing with my GM that they should have the Lifespan of Half-Elves at least...he claims they have the Lifespan of Humans.

Hmm...not that I'm arguing with you, but I must have missed that in RoF. Don't suppose you have a page reference by chance?

Top of page 113 in "Races of Faerun." It states there that, "Aasimar have the same life expectancy and age categories as a human."

Which just means they got the raw end of the deal for only be 1/4 or what ever. :)

But yeah Races of Faerun does a decent job of covering assimar/plane touched races in Faerun.
