EN World Articles
Some of you may have noticed that we started running frequent articles here on EN World recently. We aim to have a few new articles every week, and have a whole bunch lined up (and, indeed, a whole bunch already written).
At the moment, these articles are completely free. However, from December they will only be available to EN World subscribers ($3 per month). The two free months (October and November) are so that you can check them out and decide if it's worth a subscription to you.
Before December, you'll see several new articles in the existing series Pirates of the High Seas, Heroes of the Far East, Myths & Legends, and Artifacts of Lore; plus some new series of articles will be starting up.

We have put some new procedures in place to speed up the WotBS rollout. We aim to have this AP finished by early spring 2011 in order to make way for....
Zeitgeist (working title)
A brand new AP from EN World for EN World subscribers! And it's awesome! We learned a lot with WotBS, and we're eager to put this experience into place with Zeitgeist.
Other Features
We recently created the free Gamers Seeking Gamers system (which now has many thousands of gamers on it from all over the world), the secure integrated dice-roller, and other additons. Coming soon is the Campaign Manager, an integrated way of managing your PbP games on EN World, including full GM permissions over PbP threads, character management, posting as your character, and much more. The basic system will be free, but some advanced functions will be available only to subscribers.
Server & Performance
We're aware we've suffered slowdowns over the last couple of months. We have some brand new hardware being put in place very soon. This should speed the site up significantly.
We have more stuff planned through 2011, but that should be enough to go along with for now!
