Oh, and one could always make the entrance to the Underdark in the adventure the same entrance as the one beneath the Sunless Citadel.Plus possibly a smith and a certain critter no longer found in the SRD, both from SiD, as mentioned above. Any plane-traveling survivors of other adventures could show up in this one, actually. Efreeti, adventurers, smiths -- you name it.And the Cathezar, a name which (again, IIRC) first turns up in Standing Stone.
