A little bit it might. ;) But I am not too worried about it. It is not as if one turn of taking damage from Divine Challenge makes the scenario an auto-win. But it certainly makes stuff more interesting. ;) Why not? "Don't hurt my friends, even if I am _not_ around. You can't escape my revenge." It just feels "cheap" because the rules suggest that it's hard to keep up Divine Challenge when you're not engaging your enemye. But Eyebite or the Voidsoul manifestation don't really break this rule for long. You cannot just run away and keep the enemy challenged. The Divine Challenge limitation is far more important for the scenario where the Paladin challenges some guy and than runs away out of his reach and stays there, keeping the guy challenged indefinitely. Of course, a Lurker might just say "Okay, if that's how you see it, I will lurk and come back when you're ready." That is true, certainly. But sometimes it might give you at least a small benefit. And sometimes it might make the same as if you were still there. If the enemy uses Close powers for example, most marks do not trigger at all if you are also caught in the powers area. This way at least you take a little less damage. Rainbow Genasi will be next month.
