In the existing 3e, skill doesn't count for bupkiss generally.</p><p></p><p>Since it's generally a 1 attack per round model in 4e, I was figuring level would play directly into damage as well.</p><p></p><p>I gotta admit if that's the case, I'm onboard with it.
