Plato and other Platonists believed in Astrology no need to look your nose down at people who do.
My deepest apologies. I forgot we live in an era where one only needs to cite a famous person to legitimize a pseudoscience, which reduces the complexity of the human experience to twelve signs and a movement of planets chart that does not correspond to real planetary movement.

Astrology isn't a science at all, who claims it is now a days?

It's more of a pycho-spiritual thing, which is why politeness matter, you don't have to buy into it, just some manners would be nice.

At some point they decided to release this 2024 version instead of a new edition, so maybe it would be interesting to compare the current increase in sales with the potential increase in sales of a new edition. Since it would be an estimate, the increase in sales when 5e2014 came out would be a good starting point, but I didn't find it.

The surge after the new or revised edition is released is less important than the sales over time. In all previous editions (except maybe 1e) after the first year of release sales dropped significantly. 5e is really the only exception. 5e24 doesn't really need to increase sales so much as maintain them.
