I have removed the NC tricks until they can be discussed. And I have mentioned that the Unwilling modifier was originially intended to be scalable for whatever ammount of realism the DM wished. Does this not settle your concerns? If it does not, would a sidebar for the Unwilling status help? Would you care to write one? DbS even said that such a write-up on this issue would be done for this version. Perhaps you would care to help us? We are trying to listen.
