A new mechanic (aggressive Prowess checks), and a revision of the rules for sexual fatigue, which I felt were tied too closely to climaxes instead of to the duration of actual physical activity. The revised mechanic incurs a bit more math overhead, however, so I won't say it's "better" than the much simpler original. Aggressive Prowess Checks A character may opt to make Prowess checks aggressively using any physical technique. When a character makes an aggressive Prowess check, he or she makes the check roll twice and takes the higher of the two results. However, both check rolls suffer a -2 penalty. The character also suffers a -2 penalty on saves vs. Arousal as long as he or she continues to make aggressive Prowess checks.. Sexual Fatigue A character can make active Prowess checks for only so long before becoming Fatigued. This amount of time is 30 minutes plus a number of minutes equal to the character's Con modifier x 5. A Fatigued character may continue making active Prowess checks for the same number of minutes before becoming Exhausted. An Exhausted character takes one point of nonlethal damage every minute he or she continues to make active Prowess checks. Effects of Climax: For each Gratification point a character receives when Climaxed, subtract one minute from the amount of time left before the character becomes Fatigued (or Exhausted). An Exhausted character also takes one point of nonlethal damage for each Gratification point he or she receives while Climaxed. Effects of passivity and aggressiveness: A character who passively engages in sex (making no active Prowess checks) does not subtract the minutes in which he or she remains passive from the time left before Fatigue or Exhaustion. Each minute in which a character makes aggressive Prowess checks counts as two minutes when determining the amount of time left before Fatigue or Exhaustion. A character with the Endurance feat treats his or her Constitution score as if four points higher for determining sexual fatigue.
