Advanced CHaracters: Action Pts & Wealth

Sorry, don't have my book with me, but do they give recommendations on how many Action Points and what level of Wealth Rating a character starting at a higher level then 1st should have?

AP = 1/2 level
Wealth = Table 7-2 (pg. 204), + Profession ranks, + Occupation bonus. If PC character, also add anpther +2.

Man, I thought at least it would be 5+1/2 Level that the "leveling character" gets.

Personally I think it is low as well, but I have not had enough experience to prove it yet. I just suspect your average character that actually gets to that level rather than starting at that higher level will tend to have more action points.
