Vimak stands tall, trying to figure out what is going on. The bugbear is obvious is his desire not to be interrupted and seems a bit impatient. The older man, however, seems less agitated, though that could be because he hides his emotions better. However, they both are standing conspicuously, as if they are hiding something. [Success] After Vimak whispers in his ears, Elkrysn attempts to draw the two into conversation. The bugbear huffs, but the gentleman answers, We are spelunking, good fellow. Surveying, as it were. And what bring such a well-armed group as yours? [Success] Sapo stays in the back, eyes open. It is then she notices that the two are blocking something with their bodies. It appears to be a shard of metal or crystal. It is partially in the water, but she cannot tell more from this angle. She quickly whispers this to the others. [Success. Dungeoneering and & Arcana now open, esp for the item] Lhavarr attempts to move forward, but a quick grunt from the bugbear has the guards stand at attention. The older man puts his hand up to stop them. But it is clear: They do not want you back there. [Success] As Johanna discusses the boy, the bugbear casts a glance at the older man. He turns to the group. Ah, a rescue mission. We haven't seen any boys, I'm afraid. None today. The guards look at each other uncomfortably, however. Something Johanna said hit a nerve. [Success] Torqua ignores the discussion as she focuses on the fluid. It certainly was not natural, but the way it discolored the water suggested it was tainting it. A small lizard swimming through it comes through the other side with what she swears is an extra eye. [+2 to Dungeoneering checks] Something Odd is Going on Here Successes: 5, +2 to Dungeoneering Failures: 0
