One of them, however gets too close for comfort, "Back off!" he growls as one attempts to wrest the oars from his hands. The dragonborn's eyes seem to blaze with fire, "or I will introduce you to the second death!"</p><p> (<strong>Success</strong>)</p><p> </p><p> Damien uses his keen sense of sight to assist in guiding the boat through the rough waters. (<strong>Success</strong>)</p><p> </p><p> [gm]Ardens – MIA (Son of Meepo rolled) (<strong>Success</strong>)[/gm]</p><p> </p><p> Finnean barely manages to push the remaining dead one over the side, but it is stubborn and clings to the ship’s gunwale. Before he is able to finish off the zombie, the <em>Loose Lady</em> begins to pitch and roll wildly in the surf. Everyone must now turn their full attention to surviving long enough to get ashore. Powerful waves continue to crest over the ship’s slight gunwales, drenching everyone.</p><p> </p><p> The waves are now threatening to capsize the <em>Loose Lady</em>. Rogar had originally designed her to be shallow of draft while being flexible to navigate underground rivers, not to sail in rough seas. She is deftly able to avoid teeth-like rocks protruding from the churning waters. At the last minute, the craft’s bow dips forward, pitching everyone into the waters, only to be carried forward by incoming waves, and then strewn across the beach. The boat, barrel-rolling a few times, just misses Jesse’s and Ixenvalignat’s prone bodies as it slides to a stop atop a rocky outcropping to be battered by more waves; each wave threatening to snag the boat with the retreating water.</p><p> </p><p> You have reached the beach, but it is not deserted. Some stronger-looking Dead Ones have also been washed up on the beach to the west of you. Beyond the prone zombies, in the pale green glow, you can see an old, beached wreck, its broken hull canted at a steep angle, lying on a rocky beach about 40 meters away.
