[sblock=Clarifications]1. The deal that Jynxx offered early in the challenge, to let the thugs take Krassus' stash, is now effectively off, should you wish to call it off. 2. Krassus made his own deal to give some beans to the Imperium chef. You are under no obligation to uphold that deal. 3. Krassus would argue, if you discuss it with him, that he had the authority to make his deal based on his arrangement with Hedra - it's his job to make the concern turn a profit; he thinks his deal will do that. But Hedra definitely didn't know about it, and she was pretty clear in her discussion with you, she felt she had the right to all the beans. In fact she said this: "If Krassus already gave them the stuff, or they just took it, then they've stolen from me, and I want you to get it back, by hook or by crook." 4. On the other hand, from what some of you know about this chef Balsamae, there's definitely a chance that Krassus is right, and the chef represents an enormous business opportunity. Of course, there may be other things you don't know, as well... but it does seem like it might be wise to avoid burning any bridges with the chef unnecessarily. 5. If you do want to take Krassus along with you as you chase after the beans, his presence could be positive, negative, or irrelevant, depending on what happens. But I will tell you not to worry too much about having to protect him in combat again - you've already completed the "Save Krassus" quest as far as I'm concerned. I mean, in character you'd want to take appropriate precautions to watch over him, make sure he doesn't wander off by himself, etc.... but I don't plan on using him as "dependent NPC" in every fight. :) 6. The guide ran away, and there's no sign of him. If you want him to escort Krassus, you'll have to track him down first! I hope this clarifies things... I don't want to force a course of action on you, just make sure you have all the information you need to decide. [/sblock]
