Guided by Nementah and Dante, they navigate confidenlty through strand and alien forests. Eagle's Reach cannot be mistaken; the mountain doesn't look like a glorious, thousand yard high eagle's head. It is a eagle's head, shaped by mysterious powers! The beak faces eastward. On the western flank, nestled between the slop of a steep hill and the 'neck' of the eagle is a small town. Talon's Edge, if the dragons are to be believed. It's a walled town with two gates and a decent amount of traffic. The walls seems solid enough but not particularly impressive and are patrolled though apparently not especially heavily. Safely in the shadows of a steep hill, the heroes observe from a distance and can see that soldiers control people who get in and out of the city and that visitors seem to all have some sort of identification. Most seem to be merchants. Now, to get inside...
