He misjudged his distance however and left his hammer short of his mark. Completing his spin, he unleashes his natural weapon... a stream of searing acid. That too falls harmlessly by the wayside, but managed to garner the undead's attention."Good warm up swing Shorrin, but the next one should knock his head off", Dextyr calls out to Shorrin, sending a wave of healing magic to him. Dextyr then once again tries to shake the Vampire with taunting magical words, but again they fail to effect the powerful creature.Murphy again calls on the shadows to assail his adversary and steps back next to the vampire. "Now with your friends gone, it's just the two of us" he jokes with a wide grin. His overconfidence is his undoing as the assassin's blade is turned aside by his foe, after giving the enemy time to recover. One of his shadowlings manages a small bite before return to its master.
