Gensai grabs the handle of the dagger and wrings it like a rag. The hilt, itself, doesn't open, but his hands feel a slight scraping near his wrist as if the pommel of the dagger were unscrewing. Turning his attention there, he places his fingers over the Dwarven runes and twists the pommel, revealing finely forged screw threads, as if they were cut by an extremely thin gouge rather than forged. Continuing to twist the pommel, the bulbous cap finally frees itself from the handle of the dagger revealing chamber within. A faint blue glow emanates from the chamber. Gensai cocks one eye and stares into the chamber, but the light is too diffuse to make anything out. He opens his palm and tips the dagger as if to empty the contents into his hand. When he does, a small, blue, crystalline cylinder, about five inches long, slides out of the handle. It seems to glow with its own light that pulsates and roils as if the cylinder contains a storm brewing and churning with silent lightning. Just before the cylinder lands, a thin electric arc connects with Gensai's outstretched palm, causing him to convulse and recoil. The cylinder falls to the cobblestone street with an audible clinking as if it were made of glass. The cylinder, however, does not break. [sblock=Gensai]As you're body convulses involuntarily, you're eyes jerk up catching the gaze of a man some distance down the street. His attention has evidently been caught by your sudden movement, but you are certain you see a look of recognition on tha man's face as his eyes catch the crystalline cylinder lying on the ground. The man appears to be a tall and lanky human, just upwards of middle-aged, dressed in fine clothes, but with little regard to their order, as if he were preoccupied with something when he put them on. His facial features are angular, and his hair is silvery-blonde. When his gaze meets yours, he quickly averts his eyes and disappears around a corner, behind a building. [/sblock]
