Kim Tensil "Hobbies taken alive are always interrogated. If they know anything useful, it will be found out. You can check in with the militia tomorrow to see if they have any advice for you on more hunting. Here, "he says, taking 10 platnum pieces and 5 gold pieces out of his pouch, "this is what they'd offer for your captives. Don't think they'd pay you any more for living ones than dead ones. We've captured them before. Come, let's head for the warehouse." Grod takes the captives and sets off. Kim walks with you through the bustling town to his warehouse. The path takes you up a long winding road that winds up the great boulder upon which sits the city. A beautiful harbor sits on the ocean side, and a wall winds around the entire sea edge. It seems to be a well-defended city. Kim asks each of you about your past, and tells a little about his. He says he is a succesfull merchant. The past regime had a very business friendly attitude, and making money was easy. It's gotten more difficult recently. Even King Crassus himself has suffered, as a major silver shipment from his family mine was recently lost to bandits. The local theives guild is managable, but Kim worries it will become more avaricious and violent. At his warehouse, you are escorted to ta dining area, where you are served a fine meal of sea bass, roasted vegitables, fresh bread, and berries in cream for dessert. "So, none of you have been to Monemvassia before. Do you have any questions about the area?" Also please post a short answer to his question: "So what brings you here, and what can you do?"
