I would blame the job, but even though it has gotten busier, I've still got access to EnWorld throughout the day, so that even fails. So finally I'll confess the truth, and that is that I was getting tired of waiting... 3 days after my update for the first response from anyone, then 25 days after, still no responce form the secondary line of adventurers, Rogier and Thanus-Ra. Then after a time, I was embarrassed because of the time from MY last update, so guilt kept me from coming and updating. No excuse, but that's all that I have. I apologise full heartedly and would like to continue if you do. SO... we still have Iggy, Double-Trouble, Serene Wind, Sabastien and Llolian. We shall continue with just this group until such time that Rogier and/or Thanus-Ra replies. Iggy motions with his hands, concentrating on the energy that cources through his bosy with the completion of the partially cast spell and smiles to himself as he feels the manifistation of ghostly armor that encases his body, slightly brightning the colors of his clothing. The sylobols of the spell seem to burn from his mind in that familiar fation that a successfully cast spell does, and the shiver of elation that alway ocompanies it starts to fade, as it always does.Llolian steps back trying to get away from the murderous intention of those thugs they had interupted, and sees an opertunity to fire his bow as he does so (Attack: <a href="http://www14.brinkster.com/nadaka/DiceBoxDB.asp?Page=Find&By=Number&Value=2325" target="_blank">13</a> Damage: <a href="http://www14.brinkster.com/nadaka/DiceBoxDB.asp?Page=Find&By=Number&Value=2326" target="_blank">2</a>) The arrow flies true to strike one of the crossbow weildes, though only in the arm, and is seems not to slow his reloading. Sara, seeing an opertunity to face these opponenets face on, and knowing that if she can slow them down from reaching Iggy, all the better. She moves forward, noting as she passes Llolian that her steps and exsersions fall to silence as whatever spell is in place masks her sounds. She strikes with her now draawn swords, though only finding an opening for one blade (Attack: <a href="http://www14.brinkster.com/nadaka/DiceBoxDB.asp?Page=Find&By=Number&Value=2327" target="_blank">11</a>) but the man seems to side step the slice enough that his leather armor absorbs any damage that may have occured. The two crossbow men move back into the open tralp door as the relaod their weapons, leaving the last, injured man to face the others alone. That man, not hearing the others leave (of course) and thinking he has back up continues to fight with the knowledge that he is not alone.
