Whether you know it or not, you and your comrades  took care of an arch rival of the red boots. This is the boss's way of say'n thanks. He also told me to tells you that he got some information you have been looking for. By my calculations the amount of xp has bumped 5 out of 7 (everyone except Halleck and Quan) up a level. If THB approves this you can go ahead add level your characters.
