When they come out the other portal they appear in a room much bigger with two exits at opposite sides of the room. The left side contains a blood trail that you realize must have been from the messenger before he entered the portal. The other side contains a path with a group of dragonborn cultist. The leader, recognizing Lerrick in the group of the group shouts in common tongue.  [sblock=draconic]that's the marked on...get her...now![/sblock] The leader than tells the party in an authoritative tone. Release the marked one or be killed! The group starts to advance on the party with weapons drawn. Also, distant shouting in draconic language can be heard around the bend from the hallway that contains the blood trail. Hurried footsteps indicate that another group is coming closer.  [sblock=draconic]The trail leads this way. He's going for the portal!
