Seeing diaglo's posting about OD&D reminded me that I usually look forward to getting together with folks from here at Gen Con. This year, the normal ways I do that are ruled out because I will be insanely busy running a continuous four-day demo of a new second-wave retroclone I helped create, the Adventurer Conqueror King System. Most of the seats in the game are reserved for backers of the Kickstarter effort that was funding the publication of the core rules and, since we met that target, is now going for support of our first supplement, the Domains of War mass-combat rules.
However, we did set aside some seats just for people we wanted to game with. This is both selfish, since I won't have time to see you otherwise, and good for the backers as well, since having a few people in the mix whose style and skillz are known quantities raises the fun for everyone. If we've gamed together in the past and you'll be at Gen Con in '11, send me a PM or an email (tavis.allison@gmail.com) and I'll let you know when I'll be in the referee's seat for this!
