Okay, here's an idea: Use antilife shell and shoot them to death with (very expensive) ranged weapons. First buff up with protections against ranged attacks and spells. Your cleric 13 using a bead of karma (from strand of prayer beads) and an orange ioun stone could cast spell resistance for SR30. Or just buy scrolls of spell resistance with caster level 20 (2500gp each) and use those. Or better yet, buy them at caster level 30 for 3750gp each and SR42. It would take your cleric 13 a while to successfully cast each of them, but they'd last for 30 mins each. This is assuming you'd get some chance to buff up during the pomp and circumstance. Also buy everyone a ring of counterspells and load it with greater dispel magic. To protect against the orb spells and some other no-SR attack spells, you could buy 5 scrolls of energy immunity for every character (8250gp per character), plus have your wizard use a scroll of forceward. To protect against Mordenkainen's Disjunction or other spells that your defenses can't deal with, you could have the wizard keep an action readied to dimension door the whole party out of the way (out of line of sight of the enemy caster, if that's possible in the arena). Depends on how paranoid you want to get. Mirror image and/or greater invisibility are nice to stack on top of all that, but I'd guess the bad guys will have true seeing. Speaking of which, make sure all your guys have true seeing (again, via scrolls). I don't actually know of much to protect against conventional ranged attacks -- the idea here is to outgun them. You could go for protection from arrows, stoneskin, etc., but they won't make too much of a difference at those levels. One option would be Ironguard, which makes you immune to all metal weapons, but it's a 7th-level sor/wiz spell that only lasts 1 round/level. I don't see how you could get it in place for the whole party. Okay, now down to the main plan. Have your cleric cast Assay Spell Resistance against both of the bad guys and antilife shell. Antilife shell offers no save and doesn't let them approach within 10'. The only way past it is SR or dispelling it. After casting it, the cleric should keep an action readied to re-cast it immediately if it ever gets dispelled. The 4 combat types all get fancy bows with fancy ammunition. Basically, stack up on all the non-enhancement bonuses you can and then use greater magic weapon on the bows (via scrolls) to give them a +5 enhancement bonus. e.g. a +1 human-bane (or whatever their race is), holy (or axiomatic/anarchic/unholy), seeking bow with +1 brilliant energy arrows. If everyone gets 20 arrows, that would cost ~70k per person. Hmm... so maybe cut back a little bit, but you get the idea. You should also carry some backup arrows in case the caster turns himself into something non-living (e.g. turns into a golem via shapechange). Maybe adamantine arrows. Note that ironguard could be a problem if you don't go with the brilliant energy arrows. Also, make sure each of the archers has boots of speed. Load everyone up with all the archery feats you can think of by using lots of scrolls of Heroics. Then go to town. You have 4 archers with lots of ranged attacks dealing lots of damage. You should have no problem hitting AC32, especially with brilliant energy arrows. And it shouldn't take long at all to go through 500hp -- I'd guess you could take one of them down each round. Go for the caster first, of course :) Note that my inspiration for this idea was from Iku Rex's archer build from a smackdown thread, where he had a 12th-level archer dealing over 100 damage/round to an AC27 target with far less gear than what you'd have available.
