You can really pull out all of the tricks with some of the tougher individual creatures. Put a dragon in the air. Put a moat or pit between the characters and their opponent. I love the idea of spider climbing bad guys (Thanks PC). Cool stuff. Have the wind sheer give missile fire hell.
