Are you familiar with Heavy Metal Map, a program for Battletech?

A standard BT map sheet is approximately 18" by 22".

How much would that cost to print (and how much to laminate)?

I contacted Heavy Metal Pro, they tell all you do is export to standard BT size in JPG format at default 171 dpi resolution.

Use the 18" x 24" size on the website which is $15 USD
Add $4.50 for 5 mil heavy duty lamination and you are at $19.50 plus shipping.
