Cryo-preserved vegetables, mostly of alien origin but even some rare earth stuff like potatoes. Grains were easy to transport and therefore colonies have hydroponic farms groving them (If, by any whim or such, you would be interested in over-details it is <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triticale" target="_blank">Triticale</a>). Most have few other vegetables/fruits in their greenhouses also but their products are rare and carry a hefty prize on the market.
