Age Categories for Orcs and Goblinoids?

They get to about 12 years old before dying on my sword.
Seriously, though, people generally think of orcs and goblins having short lifespans but very high birthrate. It explains how so much Conan-fodder without them overwhelming the world.

I've never seen anything published. The age chart for half-orcs is probably close enough.
